Wanna, have a Dance off?

Phil, wanting a dance off. Anyone game out there?

It's looks like a nice day out here in L.A....need to go out and chill.

Axel

War Pigs

Here's a sketch I did at the Rock N Comic Con. It's fro my War Pigs project. It's piece done using a HB pencil, red Col-erase for tone and white Prismacolor pencil for the highlights onto a tone paper. Let me know what you think?
Still need to get the new quote for my Japon sketchbook. The first quote ended up being too much for what I want to do. I really want to make this book affordable for all to get. This three day weekend was pretty cool...got to go out and chill with friends and family. Got some sketches done as well...which is always good.

I'll catch you later,
Axel

It's a bit smelly, right?

A masked babe that has one heck of a sense of smell.
This piece done in straight pencils.

Getting down with my dagger

A masked babe who loves to dance with a dagger at hand...heh.

Had the last day of the term for my Character Design class over at Gnomon. I was pretty happy with what the students did for their finals....but for the ones that didn't show up...I gotta fail them...I can't be a nice guy. I will not allow lazy students to get away with doing...nothing. There are companies out there that except great things from these kids once they get out.

Well, I'll catch you all later.

Cheers,
Axel

Does this make me look fat?

Here's a pencil sketch on one of my masked babes. She's wondering if her outfit makes her look fat? Hmmm....I don't think so.

I'll like to ink and color this piece in the future.

Striking a pose!

Left image inked using a brush and the right then colored in Photoshop as you can see on the right.

I hope everyone had a great Halloween!

Wanna dance?

Hey all, here's a drawing of a...dancer?...she's ready to get down. Watch out guys with them claws. I scanned in the pencils and colored it in Photoshop. I also used a paper textured for the BG. Catch you all later.
