San Diego Comic Con 2014

Quick sketch of Penny and Lucas...my niece and nephew. I think these two will make a cute comic strip...I have a few ideas I want to play with I asked a friend of mine who's a children's book writer in maybe wanting to help write it with me. A commission piece I did back in 08 at Comic Con...a gentleman by the name of Rich Greenwood paid for this sketch....but never picked it up. So I've been taking it back with me every year since...hoping that I can give it to him. Well, I'm ready to drive out to San Diego tomorrow. Gonna be at Comic Con San Diego?

Hey All! Wanted to let you all know I'll be heading down to San Diego for the Comic Con this coming Wednesday. I hope many of you can make it? I'll be at booth #5557 under Essential Sequential...I'll be sharing space there with 5 other great artists...please stop by to say, "Hi" I'll also will be at the Artist Alley covering for my bud, Eric at DD-10. I'll be selling copies of my latest sketchbook, Japon....plus prints! I'll also will be taking on commissions as well. It will be great to get a chance to walk around the floor...even though it's going to be packed to the gills with Con goers...stop by other artist booths and hopefully pick up some great sketchbooks and art books from those creative talent. I will be there for the whole thing from Preview night till 5pm on Sunday. I've been taking my vitamins and hitting the gym to prepare. :P Well, I'll catch you all later. Cheers, Axel

Funky Facials...

Hello all, here's a page outta my Hatillo sketchbook. Straight inks on paper. Been trying to make make time to do more doodles in my good old sketchbooks.
Lately, things have been a bit busy in my end....plugging away on current projects while looking into new projects. I think I gotta make my life easier and go inhpouse (which I have been looking into) I wanna wish everyone a great work week and...DRAW DRAW DRAW!!!
